About the Role
As a Knowledge Manager III, you will serve as a pivotal subject matter expert within the CAPE Joint Data Support (JDS) Division. This organization is responsible for managing the historical, current, and future inventory, capabilities, and deployment data of U.S. and Non-U.S. forces. Your work will directly support the Analysis Working Group (AWG) and senior leader decision-making by curating strategic analysis products and tools.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data and actionable intelligence. You will ensure that Department analysts have efficient access to high-priority Defense of War (DOW) studies through curated knowledge management tools, reducing redundancy and enhancing collaboration. Your day-to-day involves collecting and organizing metadata for study discoverability, maintaining comprehensive databases of study outcomes and tools, and developing executive briefings for controlled-access environments. You will also drive continuous improvement by analyzing customer feedback and internal data signals to refine support processes and product offerings.
