The EOHHS CTO is seeking a Cloud Engineer specializing in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) to drive EHS-wide initiatives. In this role, you will translate enterprise architecture into operational reality, serving as the primary technical resource for building and optimizing document processing workflows across the multi-agency environment.
Working closely with the Cloud Architect, you will ensure consistent, high-quality IDP implementations across all child organizations within the EOHHS umbrella. Your work will focus on enabling agency-level administrators, managing sub-tenant environments, and fostering a community of practice to share knowledge and best practices among health and human services agencies.

Experience with Tungsten Automation Total Agility and related certification. Experience with Tungsten RPA, Tungsten Communication Manager, or other products in the Tungsten Automation portfolio. Experience working in government, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments, particularly with health and human services agencies. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements as they pertain to document processing and content management.
