BreakForth Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team of dynamic professionals. This position is contingent upon contract award and supports a federal agency client in delivering advanced data analytics, Management Information System (MIS) operations, and performance measurement services.
In this role, you will lead advanced statistical analyses of investigative outcomes, asset seizures, and performance metrics. You will build and maintain predictive models for investigative prioritization and case success probability assessment, while conducting network analysis to identify high-value targets within criminal enterprises. Your work will involve developing ETL pipelines to ensure the regular ingestion of interagency datasets and producing consolidated program performance reports for federal leadership.
You will be responsible for creating interactive dashboards and visual analytics tailored to both executive and operational audiences, supporting operational briefings with clear, actionable summaries drawn from complex datasets. Additionally, you will mentor junior analysts, document schema and business rules for transparency, and support transition management activities, including knowledge capture and the transfer of operational processes.

Master's degree. Experience supporting federal law enforcement, Homeland Security, or intelligence community analytics programs. Familiarity with agency or partner law enforcement data systems and investigative performance frameworks. Experience with alternative dashboard technologies (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Looker) and platform migration projects. Background in return-on-investment analysis and operational impact assessment within a law enforcement or national security context. Experience with MIS data environments, interagency data integration, and federal reporting requirements. Knowledge of network analysis tools and graph-based analytical methods.
