As a Data Analyst-Technical-Staff at Intermountain Health, you will be a pivotal member of the Digital Technology Services (DTS) team, supporting the development and deployment of data analytics across the organization. Reporting to senior leaders, you will collaborate with business and clinical leaders to drive strategic initiatives, uphold clinical standards, and achieve operational goals through actionable data insights.
Your primary mission is to ensure data applications are maintained, monitored, promoted, and used effectively. You will partner with Healthcare Data Advisors and Data Architects to guarantee the integrity and accuracy of data for the areas you support. In this role, you will translate complex data into meaningful information through exploration, interpretation, and visual storytelling, delivering reports that empower leadership to make informed decisions.
A key part of your day involves regular engagement with management-level leaders to provide work updates, set project priorities, and establish deliverable timelines. You will also lead analytic work demonstrations and hands-on training sessions, fostering a culture where customers can independently consume and understand analytic work. This position requires a lifelong learner who is eager to augment their technical skillset through participation in Intermountain's analytic community educational offerings.
