As a Senior Housing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's tremendous growth and expansion. This position is designed to oversee the operations of our programs while providing strategic guidance and direction to Managers and Supervisors. You will be the bridge between our operational teams and the broader community, ensuring that our staff are trained, scheduled, and equipped with the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
In this role, you will foster a culture of quality assurance by participating in staffing, shadowing staff, and ensuring compliance with Arizona Administrative Code (AAC), CARF standards, and CBI policies. Beyond internal operations, you will represent the agency at community partner meetings, funder presentations, and conferences. You will also collaborate with leadership to secure and stabilize grant funding opportunities, build community relationships for expansion, and maintain streamlined policies that reflect federal, state, and local requirements.

Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health. 2-5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting. Minimum of one (1) year of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders. Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card. Jail Clearance. Peer Certification.
Skills: Dayforce, Behavioral Health Technician, Peer Certification.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
