About the Role

The Senior Manager of Data Center Compliance Integration serves as the Integration Manager and primary engagement lead for all new data center products, sites, regions, regulatory frameworks, and material changes impacting the Data Center Compliance (DCC) organization. This role functions as the Program Integration Hub for DCC, ensuring new initiatives are assessed, coordinated, integrated, and operationalized consistently across the compliance ecosystem.

You will establish scalable engagement and intake models across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) to create structured pathways for evaluating new business demands, infrastructure expansion efforts, evolving regulatory requirements, and change management processes. Your team will be accountable for integrating new and changing compliance initiatives into Oracle's Data Center Compliance Program across commercial, government, and hyperscale environments, while onboarding new product types with compliance-specific considerations to stakeholders across the enterprise. Additionally, you will ensure colocation provider, supplier, and customer contractual terms meet Oracle compliance requirements and align appropriate language for accountability.
