This position serves as the strategic leader for the Information Technology Compliance Department, acting as the primary guardian of the Bank's cybersecurity posture, regulatory adherence, and risk management framework. The role exists to bridge the gap between complex regulatory requirements and practical operational security, ensuring the institution remains resilient against evolving threats while maintaining the trust of its customers and stakeholders.
As the head coordinator for the Cybersecurity, Third-Party Vendor Risk, and Incident Response programs, you will lead the development and enforcement of enterprise-wide strategies. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating high-stakes activities such as quarterly incident response testing, managing critical vendor risk assessments, and presenting comprehensive security dashboards to the Information Technology Steering and Cyber Committee (ITSCC) and the Board of Directors. You will also champion the adoption of new technologies, including the management of the Artificial Intelligence User Acceptance Policy, ensuring innovation proceeds safely within regulatory boundaries.
Beyond technical oversight, this role is deeply rooted in culture and leadership. You will mentor a dedicated team, fostering their growth through cross-training and advancement opportunities, while serving as the primary liaison with external regulatory bodies, security agencies, and industry groups like FS-ISAC and CISA. Your leadership ensures that security awareness permeates every level of the organization, from the Boardroom to the front lines.
