About the Role
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst III to join our team supporting compliance and information security activities across critical applications. This role is designed for a professional with strong experience in vulnerability management, information security standards, and secure coding remediation. The ideal candidate will drive timely completion of compliance deliverables and achieve risk reduction outcomes.
In this position, you will manage a typical workload involving approximately 5,000 open vulnerabilities across various priorities and severities. You will interface with infrastructure teams for capacity and platform needs, coordinate with vendors to ensure third-party applications meet bank requirements, and assist with internal and external audit examinations. This is a hybrid role based in Charlotte, North Carolina, requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.
Hiring Process
The interview process consists of 1-2 video rounds: the first with the interview panel and an optional second with a senior leader. Candidates will also complete a Glider assessment (BOA-ITBA-I-III-1). When applying, please include your current location and onsite intent on your resume.
