Key Responsibilities
- check_circleNegotiate renewal of 40 units and under contracts to maximize retention and maintain margins
- check_circleResolve escalations and grievances while fostering positive communication
- check_circleConduct face-to-face or virtual visits of the entire property portfolio
- check_circleReview quarterly building scorecards with assigned portfolio
- check_circleCoordinate on-boarding and renewal events with property management
- check_circleAddress community-wide service problems and escalated resident issues
- check_circleProvide training on all new and existing products and solutions
- check_circleUtilize promotional campaigns and onsite activities to achieve established goals
- check_circleMediate between community properties, management, and employees to ensure contract compliance
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verified2-5 years' experience as a liaison between company and clients preferred
