The Senior Manager of Data Center Compliance Integration serves as the Program Integration Hub for the Data Center Compliance (DCC) organization. This role functions as the primary engagement lead for all new data center products, sites, regions, regulatory frameworks, and material changes impacting the DCC ecosystem.
You will be responsible for managing the Compliance Integration function, ensuring new initiatives are assessed, coordinated, integrated, and operationalized consistently. Your team will drive alignment across sales, procurement, product management, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance requirements are addressed early in the data center lifecycle. This leader will establish scalable engagement and intake models across multiple Lines of Business to create structured pathways for evaluating new business demands, infrastructure expansion efforts, and evolving regulatory requirements.
In this position, you will onboard new product types with compliance-specific considerations, communicate those considerations to enterprise stakeholders, and ensure colocation provider, supplier, and customer contractual terms meet Oracle compliance requirements. You will also enable DCC growth by integrating compliance considerations into global infrastructure expansion planning and identifying gaps to remove organizational friction across cross-functional teams.
The role will generally accept applications for at least three calendar days from the posting date or as long as the job remains posted. Candidates are typically placed into the salary range based on knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations.
