The Senior Manager, Insights, Analytics, and Market Research will serve as a key architect of Genetix's commercial intelligence capabilities. You will build the company's centralized market research function, drive commercial forecasting and KPI management, and translate data into insights that sharpen strategy and drive proactive decision-making across the commercial organization.
This role spans primary research, predictive modeling, KPI tracking, and competitive intelligence. It requires someone equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a boardroom. This is an opportunity to have an outsized impact at a lean, mission-driven company where your work directly shapes how we reach and serve patients with life-altering rare diseases.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in our Somerville – Assembly Row, Massachusetts office.
