Senior Manager, Global FP&A

About the Role

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to support executive leadership with financial reporting, planning, and strategic analysis. This role is designed to lead a small team and drive insights and performance across a complex, matrixed environment. As a strategic finance partner, you will work closely with business leaders to support planning and decision-making, while enhancing reporting processes and implementing tools to improve data accuracy and timeliness.

The position involves partnering cross-functionally with operations, corporate finance, and global teams to support business intelligence initiatives. You will present findings and performance updates to senior leadership, ensuring that actionable insights are delivered through rigorous financial and operational analysis.
