In this Senior Manager position within Consulting, Business Consulting, Digital & Product Strategy, you will help clients define, evolve, and execute their digital vision, customer experience goals, and digital product strategies. You will act as a product advocate in the strategic design process, leading overall customer experience and digital strategy transformation.
Your day-to-day involves leading client deliverables such as customer personas, journey maps, technology enablement, and product roadmaps. You will apply design thinking techniques and product management principles to solve business problems with industry-leading solutions. A key part of the role is overseeing the implementation of product requirements for Point of Sale (POS) and commerce solutions, utilizing qualitative and quantitative research to inform data-driven decision-making.
You will lead engagement teams to manage client expectations in line with the overall digital and customer experience vision. This includes collaborating with technical architects, engineers, and design teams to build best-in-class solutions for clients across sectors like retail and quick-service restaurants. You will also translate business requirements and end-user needs into differentiated solutions, manage risk in service delivery, and generate new business opportunities.
