About the Role
As a Senior PMO Business Analyst, you will operate as a force multiplier to the PMO Lead, supporting delivery governance, reporting, and execution discipline across complex healthcare programs. This role is designed for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys bringing order to ambiguity, and is comfortable operating between delivery teams, leadership, and clients.
Your mission is to ensure leadership has clear, timely visibility and that commitments do not slip due to a lack of structure or coordination. You will focus on reporting accuracy, cadence management, and operational follow-through. This is a hands-on, long-term analyst role where you will connect your passion with purpose, teaming with people who find innovative solutions to some of healthcare's biggest challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport PMO reporting and analytics including executive dashboards and variance analysis
- check_circleOwn and maintain delivery management artifacts such as RAID logs and integrated schedules
- check_circlePartner with PMO Lead to manage time, priorities, and dependencies across workstreams
- check_circleProactively identify execution gaps, report risks, and follow up on items before escalation
- check_circleEnsure data consistency and traceability across tools like Excel, Power BI, and Jira
- check_circleManage delivery cadences including preparation, input collection, and follow-ups
- check_circleTranslate raw delivery data into clear, audit-safe communications for stakeholders
- check_circleSupport client-facing and internal meetings by preparing agendas and tracking actions
Requirements
- verified6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst, or Delivery Analyst
- verifiedExperience supporting large, multi-workstream programs
- verifiedAdvanced Excel skills
- verifiedExperience with Power BI strongly preferred
- verifiedWorking knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira/ADO, ALM tools, and collaboration platforms
