About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior maintenance worker who enjoys working on a variety of tasks and appreciates the flexibility of working both outdoors and indoors. In this full-time position, you will prioritize and complete work orders, perform carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical tasks, and prepare vacated rooms for incoming tenants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include maintaining company vehicles, conducting building audits and system inspections, preparing damage invoices, and maintaining landscaping and building grounds.
Location and Schedule
This position is based in our Belleville and Fairview Heights, IL locations. Hours are primarily during the daytime, though some evening and weekend hours may be required.
