About the Role
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a technical expert and proactive problem-solver within a dynamic environment. Your day-to-day involves performing skilled repairs and preventative maintenance on complex HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. You will operate and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize performance while conducting proactive inspections to address needs before they escalate.
Beyond technical execution, this role is deeply customer-focused. You will respond promptly to tenant concerns, delivering exceptional service that directly impacts building safety and satisfaction. The position requires a strong adherence to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures, working at heights, confined space entry, and arc flash safety.
