You will be the compliance backbone for multiple schools operating under different frameworks, including charter school agreements, private school regulations, and Crown entity obligations. This role exists to build the frameworks that keep us legally sound and operationally excellent while drafting everything from employment contracts to partnership MOUs.\n You will work closely with our Director of Legal & Compliance and report with a dotted line to the CEO of Crimson Academies. The ideal candidate balances legal rigour with practical, education-sector savvy, serving as a strategic partner to leadership and the Board on governance and risk management.
