This role sits within the International Trade Compliance team, supporting and executing export licenses and agreements for international activities in concert with company policies and customer requirements. You will join a dynamic, team-based environment with a winning culture, collaborating daily with a variety of departments and functional organizations to provide mission-critical capabilities across a diverse portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate exports and imports in accordance with BAE Systems policy and U.S. Government regulations
- check_circleCollaborate with program personnel to obtain application information and review license provisos and riders
- check_circlePrepare and distribute periodic reports on licensing status for company personnel
- check_circleParticipate in investigations of proposed exports to verify transaction legality and information accuracy
- check_circleApprove foreign travel and foreign visitor requests in compliance with regulations
- check_circleConduct periodic internal compliance audits to ensure adherence to trade laws
- check_circleInterpret and communicate export regulations and strategies to program teams and management
- check_circleMaintain export-related record keeping functions and manage licensing records in EMS or other databases
- check_circleDevelop and present export-related training materials for internal staff
- check_circleAdminister ITAR and EAR license applications, technical assistance agreements, exemptions, and exceptions
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree with 4+ years of applicable professional experience (or Master's degree and 2+ years)
- verifiedExperience with International trade licensing & compliance
- verifiedStrong knowledge of ITAR and EAR laws and regulations
- verifiedWillingness to relocate to specified locations
