About the Role

The Internal Audit function serves BD Management and its Board of Directors by evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of worldwide internal control processes on a rotating basis. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in safeguarding assets, ensuring the reliability of financial information, and verifying compliance with policies and regulations.

This hybrid role is based at our Franklin Lakes, NJ corporate headquarters, requiring onsite presence four days a week. We prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry. In this position, you will engage with senior leadership, report periodically to the Internal Audit Leadership Team, and work across diverse business units and geographies. The role is ideal for experienced auditors seeking to prepare for a broader finance or operational role, combining technical expertise with strategic impact.
