About the Role

As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will serve BD Management and its Board of Directors by evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of worldwide internal control processes. This role is designed for experienced auditors seeking to prepare for a broader finance or operational role, combining technical expertise with strategic impact.

You will partner with business units to identify financial and operational risks, ensuring the safeguarding of assets, the integrity of financial information, and compliance with policies and regulations. The position offers exposure to BD’s global operations, allowing you to engage in cross-functional audits across diverse business units and geographies. You will have the opportunity to develop critical skills in risk management and process optimization while reporting directly to the Regional Audit Manager and periodically to the Internal Audit Leadership Team.
