At HNTB, you can create a career that is meaningful to you while building communities that matter to all of us. For more than a century, we have been delivering solutions for some of the largest, most complex infrastructure projects across the country. With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners.
This opportunity entails being responsible for daily inspection efforts on multiple complex, large, and/or diverse projects. You will serve as a critical link between project plans and on-site execution, ensuring that construction activities align with schedules, contract documents, and specifications. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm of inspecting work in progress, verifying material compliance, and resolving quantity disputes with contractors. Beyond technical verification, you will prepare detailed reports, produce as-constructed sketches, and may participate in mentoring and developing staff inspectors. This position requires adaptability to support workload demands, including working flexible schedules, inclement weather, heights, confined spaces, and marine environments.
HNTB is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to diversity and inclusion and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. HNTB does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or agencies.
