About the Role
As the Senior Human Resources Manager for our Texas branch in Irving, you will guide the HR team in recruiting and retaining top talent to support our growing company. This role is pivotal in creating an exceptional working environment for our 700+ employees across warehouse, facilities, and office functions, while also providing support to our Houston and Denver sales offices. You will build, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team to ensure excellent service, collaborating closely with leadership on hiring, performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
