Director of Global Payroll

About the Role

We are recruiting a Director of Payroll to build and lead a modern, global payroll function during a period of significant growth and transformation. This role will be instrumental as the organization integrates a major acquisition, laying the foundation for a scalable, public-company–ready payroll operation.

In this highly visible position, you will own end-to-end payroll operations across a multinational workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, governance, and team development. Working in close partnership with Finance, HR, and IT, you will assess and rationalize payroll platforms, guide system and process standardization, and help determine the optimal long-term technology ecosystem. A key part of your mission will be overseeing the integration of newly acquired entities, ensuring seamless onboarding, clean data, and consistent practices across geographies.
