About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Staffing Coordinator to ensure ideal staffing allocation and scheduling within our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. This role exists to maintain a delicate balance between patient needs and staff welfare, requiring a proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
In this position, you will serve as the backbone of our nursing operations across multiple facilities. Your day will involve coordinating with department heads to assess staffing needs, resolving scheduling conflicts, and handling unexpected challenges to ensure continuous, high-quality care. You will also facilitate the onboarding of new nursing hires and coordinate ongoing staff development, ensuring that all team members meet state and federal regulatory requirements. By providing insightful reports on staffing trends and budget considerations, you will directly contribute to the strategic stability of our healthcare network.
