The Human Resources Division is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic liaison with organizational leaders within our Laboratory organizations. This role is designed to oversee HR programs that support the implementation and execution of human resources strategies, ensuring a clear understanding of Laboratory needs and objectives.
As a strategic partner, you will proactively resolve HR and business issues while providing consultation, facilitation, and execution support in areas such as talent management and employee relations. You will act as the primary point of contact for employees and management teams, advocating for HR programs and communicating their business value across the Laboratory. Your day-to-day will involve developing complex HR processes, managing succession planning and performance management, and handling sensitive employee relations matters including investigations and separations.
This is an onsite role based at our Batavia office. Please note that the work arrangement is subject to change based on business needs and is not guaranteed to be final.
