Key Responsibilities
- check_circleChampion employee engagement and workforce effectiveness planning initiatives
- check_circleLead or participate in enterprise-wide initiatives including mergers and acquisitions and HR transformation
- check_circleDrive integrated workforce and talent planning through talent pipeline assessment
- check_circlePartner with business leadership to provide consultative HR guidance aligned with business strategy
- check_circleServe as liaison to HR specialty functions and centers of expertise for optimal client support
- check_circleProvide input to Centers of Excellence to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- check_circleEvaluate and resolve employee relations issues while developing strategy for trends
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor of Science degree in Human Resources or related field
- verified5 to 8 years of HR operations experience
- verifiedKnowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws including EEO, ADA and FMLA
- verifiedPHR or SPHR certification preferred
- verifiedAdvanced degree (MBA or Masters) in related HR field preferred
Nice to Have
Advanced degree, MBA or Masters Degree in related HR field; PHR or SPHR certification.
