Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is hiring a Senior Guidance Navigation and Control (GNC) Engineer to join the Flight Systems Engineering Capability in Berkeley, MO. This role is critical to supporting new product design, development, integration, and flight test for the T-7A Red Hawk, specifically focusing on flight control and subsystem control.
In this position, you will partner with multi-discipline engineers to incorporate control laws into the operational flight program. You will lead, organize, and resolve cross-divisional problems to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers, ensuring cost-effective and creative solutions that assure customer satisfaction. You will also guide less experienced engineers in the performance of complex designs, ensuring the delivery of products that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
