The Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Semiconductor Tactical (Board & Connectivity) serves as the domain expert for semiconductor component commodities at Anduril Industries. This is a proactive, high-impact position dedicated to securing the critical components, materials, and services that power our products. The role focuses on developing new supplier and sourcing partnerships to enhance the technologies, cost efficiency, and quality of both new and existing products.
You will act as the primary sourcing expert for semiconductor manufacturing, managing the end-to-end delivery of quality parts at the right cost. This involves leading the RFI/RFQ/RFP process, owning business relationships with external Contract Manufacturers, and ensuring supply continuity and risk management. You will partner closely with Engineering teams to influence technical design specs and guide product strategy throughout the lifecycle, while conducting regular technology reviews for executive staff.

Bachelor's degree in electronics or electrical engineering. Previous experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, high tech, or related industry. Well-versed in TCO analysis to ensure data-driven analytics tied to component and supplier selection, in a product-based ecosystem. Strategic thinker, experienced putting together commodities strategy/roadmap with key engineering stakeholders. Proven leadership in driving and influencing other teams to a common goal. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate cross functionally and with all levels within an organization. Strong team player who can wear different hats. Fluent in other cross functional areas to fill gaps and remove roadblocks when needed. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
