The client is actively expanding its internal engineering team to build modern enterprise applications. This group seeks a true engineer rather than a developer, emphasizing the ability to own the end-to-end development lifecycle and operate independently without heavy mentoring.
About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work directly with business teams to design and deliver solutions across the entire application stack. This role is not limited to specific tickets; it requires thinking beyond immediate tasks to build robust systems from the database and APIs to the frontend and deployment pipelines. You will be expected to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining high standards of code quality and system architecture.
Hiring Process
The interview process is conducted via video call. Candidates must be local to Morristown, NJ, and able to work onsite for the duration of the 6+ month contract. Only US Citizens are eligible for this position.
