The Sr Full Stack Designer serves as an independent contributor who bridges the gap between high-fidelity UI/UX design and production-ready front-end development. Operating with minimal guidance, this role is designed to solve complex digital problems and lead moderately complex initiatives across both internal and customer-facing platforms. The position exists to ensure that digital solutions are not only visually compelling and aligned with brand standards but also technically robust, responsive, and accessible.
In this capacity, you will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, IT partners, and subject matter experts to translate business objectives into tangible digital experiences. From creating wireframes and user flows to implementing responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, you will own the lifecycle of digital assets including microsites, landing pages, and campaign assets. The role also involves a commitment to continuous improvement, requiring you to stay current with emerging trends and utilize data-driven insights from usability testing and performance metrics to optimize user engagement and load times.
Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Strategic Marketing within the Strategic Marketing Function, you will work as a key partner in the organization's digital evolution, potentially providing guidance to less experienced team members and leading specific workstreams within broader marketing initiatives.
