About the Role
We are seeking experienced Contract UI/UX Designers to support discovery and design for business-critical web and mobile products. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced team that excels at building high-quality products for clients at scale.
You will report to a Project Lead and collaborate closely with a skilled Bellwood product development team across product, engineering, and QA. This role is ideal for independent consultants or fractional designers who enjoy stepping into new environments, partnering directly with clients, and delivering high-quality design work from early discovery through development-ready assets.
This is a contract, hourly, project-based role. We are building a bench of design leaders who can be engaged as client opportunities arise. Work is not guaranteed on a continuous basis; engagements will vary in scope and duration depending on client needs. The role requires a voracious appetite to learn and apply new skills, thriving in ambiguity while working across multiple organizational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verified5+ years of professional application design experience
- verifiedExperience working with business and technical teams
- verifiedProficiency in Figma

- verifiedExperience as a consultant, contractor, or fractional designer
