About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to serve as a strategic partner to client business and technology teams. This role sits at the unique intersection of Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Client Delivery, designed to solve complex, high-impact business problems through direct, on-site collaboration.
The Forward Deployed Engineer will rapidly prototype, deploy, and iterate production-ready AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise workflows. You will operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, translating vague business requirements into clear technical and AI-driven approaches. Your work will directly influence how organizations leverage Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI agents to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Work Environment & Location
This is a mandatory onsite position located in Minnesota. The role requires a high degree of client immersion, working directly within the client's environment to understand operational pain points and technical constraints. We are looking for candidates who thrive in face-to-face collaboration and can navigate the nuances of enterprise delivery.
