About the Role
This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for a hands-on Principal Software Development Engineer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of next-generation digital applications, including critical reporting and financial solutions. Your work will power scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions leveraging AI across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud).
In this role, you will operate across the full stack—from intuitive front-end applications to resilient backend services—while setting the architectural direction for the team. You will define the broader vision, execute IT strategy, and build high-performing teams capable of solving complex business-critical problems. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong collaboration skills to build secure, API-first solutions in a highly regulated healthcare environment. Requirements
