About the Role

This position is designed for a highly experienced "full stack" Senior Financial Controller who is passionate about numbers, real estate, and moving fast. You will bridge the gap between operational execution and strategic planning. Your days will involve managing the financials for various entities, including a lending company, a fund, and a special purpose entity with mortgage collateral.

Beyond day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliation, you will play a key role in strategic financial planning, reporting, and interfacing with external partners such as auditors, tax accountants, and capital providers. You will be a key member of a small, dynamic, global team in a fast-paced startup environment where you can help real people succeed in business.
