Key Responsibilities

- check_circleAssist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- check_circleDevelop reports for management or regulatory bodies
- check_circleReview accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances
- check_circleManage and oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable procedures
- check_circleUtilize accounting IT systems to facilitate processes and maintain records
- check_circleStreamline accounting procedures by researching and implementing new software applications
- check_circleManage journal entries, invoices, and reconcile accounts for monthly or annual closing
- check_circleParticipate in the preparation for the annual audit
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- verifiedCPA or CMA certification required
- verifiedMinimum 5 years experience in accounting and finance
- verifiedSolid knowledge of GAAP and regulations
- verifiedExcellent knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
