About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Finance Operations, the COO of Med Trans, and the President of GMR Health Systems. This position is designed to lead and collaborate on critical strategic and productivity initiatives, such as new base openings, acquisition evaluations, cost controls, and variance analysis.
In this hybrid role based in Lewisville or Denton, Texas, you will manage the monthly close and reporting cycle, leveraging variance analysis to drive business results. You will act as the primary liaison for special projects and work closely with departmental personnel to support budget and forecast activities. Your day-to-day involves developing processes to monitor key operating statistics, identifying contract compliance issues, and continuously improving data collection and analytical procedures to support revenue and operational initiatives.
