About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Finance Operations, the COO of Med Trans, and the President of GMR Health Systems. This role is designed to lead and collaborate on critical strategic and productivity initiatives, such as new base openings, acquisition evaluations, cost controls, and variance analysis. You will be the primary liaison for special projects, working closely with all levels of the organization to drive business results through robust financial measures and processes.
In this hybrid position based in Lewisville or Denton, Texas, your day-to-day will involve managing the monthly close and reporting cycle while leveraging variance analysis to inform decision-making. You will develop processes to monitor key operating statistics, assist with budget and forecast activities, and ensure compliance with hospital and partner contracts. Your work will directly support revenue, operational, and business initiatives through financial modeling and ongoing evaluation.
