Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure accuracy of trade plans to support forecasting and accruals
- check_circleLead topline inputs for profitability analyses including revenue and trade investment assumptions
- check_circlePartner with Sales Planning and RGM to evaluate trade performance and identify opportunities to improve trade efficiency and ROI
- check_circleSupport demand forecasting through analysis of promotional plans, historical performance, and market drivers
- check_circlePrepare and present recurring KPI reporting and insights for the Executive Leadership Team to support decision-making
- check_circleServe as the primary Finance business partner to the Sales Leadership Team providing guidance and recommendations on key commercial decisions
- check_circleLead, coach, and develop one direct report to build capability and ensure strong execution
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- verifiedFive to seven years of experience in Finance or Commercial Sales
- verifiedMBA or relevant master's degree preferred
