The Product Support SSBU within Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) is seeking a Finance Senior Manager to lead the Global Patriot business area finance team. Product Support serves as the Sustainment partner for Global Patriot, managing over $230M of scope annually across multiple contracts. This role is designed for a leader who can partner with the PS Global Patriot program director to execute this volume, which includes domestic, international, and subsidiary content.
This position offers the unique experience of gaining exposure to the broad spectrum of Global Patriot programs, resulting in expanded skillsets and networks. The successful candidate will lead a team of almost 20 finance professionals, with a key focus on training and career development. You will drive financial performance, program controls, and accurate forecasting while managing risk and opportunity across annual and long-range planning cycles. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with prime Global Patriot program offices and the cross-functional PS Global Patriot team.
This position is being offered in an onsite capacity in Andover, MA, based on the needs of the business. Relocation assistance is not being offered.
