Senior Finance Manager

About the Opportunity

Vaco by Highspring is partnering with a client to hire a Senior Finance Manager for a 6-month contract role with potential for permanent placement. This hybrid position offers a rate of $150/hour and is designed for a leader who can drive financial strategy in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

In this capacity, you will establish and lead the company's planning cycle, overseeing long-range planning, annual budgets, and monthly or quarterly forecasts. You will be responsible for growing and developing the FP&A team while partnering with management across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to drive sound financial decisions and operational efficiencies.

Your day-to-day will involve building analytic tools and models to identify business trends, variances, and levers, providing actionable insights to senior management. You will also generate quick ad-hoc analyses to support key business decisions and contract negotiations. This role is ideal for someone with public company experience who understands the quarterly close cadence and is well-versed in GAAP accounting policies and revenue recognition requirements.
