About the Role
We are partnering with a growing organization to identify an Accounting Manager to lead the month-end close process and oversee core accounting operations. This is a well-rounded, hands-on leadership role managing a team of three and serving as a key partner to finance leadership.
The client is open to a Senior Accountant ready to take the next step or someone who has already reached the Supervisor or Manager level and enjoys balancing execution with people leadership. In this position, you will drive accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting while fostering the growth of your team. You will serve as a bridge between execution and strategy, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls while identifying opportunities to streamline processes as the business continues to evolve.
