About the Role
This position serves as a strategic leader within the finance function, responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring strict adherence to financial standards and regulatory compliance. The role exists to establish robust financial systems that drive accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting, while simultaneously managing complex tax advisory functions across various US jurisdictions.
In this capacity, you will lead the monthly closing process, managing journal entries and preparing timely financial statements in alignment with IFRS and US GAAP standards. Beyond technical execution, the role involves conducting deep-dive account and variance analyses to support budget requirements and collaborating with both internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes. A key component of the position is fostering a high-performing culture by recruiting, developing, and mentoring team members to drive growth and accountability.

Requirements
