About the Role
The Senior Endpoint Management Engineer serves as the highest escalation point for complex support issues, ensuring the reliable operation of our endpoint and Mobile Architecture systems. This role is critical for maintaining business continuity by resolving intricate computer system problems that could otherwise lead to work disruptions or production outages.
Beyond daily operations, this position drives the future direction of all End User Support systems. You will research emerging technologies and develop strategic roadmaps to continuously improve our infrastructure, ensuring it evolves alongside business and IT needs. As a key leader within the team, you will also train, coach, and mentor support staff, creating comprehensive documentation and how-to video guides to elevate the organization's overall technical capability.

- check_circleBuild and deliver application packages in Intune Endpoint Manager
