The Antenna/Microwave and E3 Department provides innovative and affordable solutions to customers across all business areas. We are responsible for designing phased array antenna systems, including active and passive microwave components, radiators, radomes, and a variety of RF subassemblies. We develop new technologies for advanced capabilities, provide support through all life-cycle phases of the best radar systems in active worldwide deployments, and grow our people with exciting new challenges, on-the-job training, mentoring, and purposeful rotations.

Master's Degree in chosen Engineering/Technical Field. Currently hold a DoD issued security clearance of Secret or higher. Experience manufacturing and/or assembly of EMI-critical products. Ability to provide detailed documentation related to test planning, EMI test plans and EMI procedures and test reports with minimal revision and review. Knowledge of automated EMI test techniques and programming, specifically using TILE. Knowledge of MIL-STD-461 test techniques and MIL-STD-464 Design Hardening techniques including grounding/ bonding and lightning. Experience with EMI 3D Modelling tools, HFSS, CST Microwave, COMSOL, EMC32.
