The Antenna/Microwave and E3 Department provides innovative and affordable solutions to customers across all business areas. About the Role

The Senior EMI Effects Engineer serves as a critical architect for electronics designed for extremely low electromagnetic emissions and high tolerance to external electromagnetic interferers. This role is central to applications in EMSEC and electronic warfare, with a specific emphasis on the design of advanced missiles and similar systems. The position requires deep expertise in applied methods to control self-interference in high-gain, high-speed, low-noise advanced sensor systems, including radar and electro-optic guidance units.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the architecture design of electronic subsystems that have successfully achieved high performance in the field. You will develop architectures for new designs to support technical execution, contribute to the development of components and subsystems that meet system-level performance requirements, and provide the technical conscience to ensure products and processes meet appropriate standards. You will balance risk conditions and constraints while advising leadership, remaining visible and accountable for technical decisions. Additionally, you will serve as the primary technical contact for customers regarding requirements, technical commitments, IRAD, and future technical needs, while participating in major review boards such as the Engineering Review Board and Failure Review Board.

This is an onsite role located in Marlborough, MA. The position requires an active DoD Secret security clearance, as U.S. citizenship is mandatory for eligibility.
