You will join the Receiver/Exciter & Processing Architecture (REPA) Department, where the primary goal is to design, develop, and support land and sea-based radar systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance the sustainability of our current radar products. The ideal candidate will leverage experience in legacy radar hardware and software technologies, with a focus on transitioning these products to modern technologies while maintaining, troubleshooting, and patching our deployed systems.
As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will work 100% onsite in Marlborough, MA, supporting the sustainment of legacy radar systems. Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting, maintenance, and patching, as well as porting legacy Unix and VxWorks software to modern Linux systems or identifying replacements. You will also support software integration, testing, and verification efforts.
This position requires an active U.S. government-issued security clearance (DoD Secret). U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
