We are seeking a strategic Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial electrical construction projects. This position is designed for a technically proficient leader who can drive project execution, manage profitability, and foster strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partners. The role serves as a critical bridge between field operations and strategic business goals, ensuring that complex electrical systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge and a results-driven mindset. While the role involves significant office-based planning, it requires an active presence on commercial construction sites to supervise crews, resolve conflicts, and maintain safety compliance. Familiarity with the Baltimore market and surrounding counties is strongly preferred to navigate local codes and community dynamics effectively.

Requirements

Nice to Have
