As a Senior Electrical Engineer in our Los Angeles office, you will take on a key leadership role, guiding the electrical discipline while mentoring a high-performing engineering team. You will drive technical excellence and project success across diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, and commercial buildings. This position is designed for a professional who thrives on ensuring quality control, optimizing project execution, and enhancing technical standards to make a lasting impact on both our team and our clients.
In this role, you will act as the Engineer of Record, leading technical communication with clients and collaborating with architects, consultants, code officials, and contractors. You will oversee the planning and design of electrical systems for a wide range of project types, from laboratories to institutional high-rises. Beyond technical design, you will support and refine Glumac's technical standards, implement best practices, and participate in recruitment efforts to build a strong engineering team. You will also have the opportunity to write proposals for new projects and engage with industry organizations to develop peer relationships and business contacts.
