We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead the design of mechanical HVAC systems across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, including education, municipal, medical, data centers, and retail facilities.
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of HVAC production drawings, from initial concept to final delivery. You will serve as a key liaison between our engineering team and clients, attending meetings to ensure deliverables align with expectations while coordinating information across all disciplines. A significant part of your day will involve supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing technical documentation, and conducting site visits to ensure compliance and quality.
