About the Role
A growing MEP engineering firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Electrical Engineer to support a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional, and academic projects. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to shape the electrical infrastructure of significant buildings.
In this position, you will be the driving force behind the design of power distribution, lighting and controls, and fire alarm systems. Your day-to-day work involves performing critical load calculations, equipment sizing, and creating single-line diagrams. You will produce high-quality construction documents, specifications, and technical reports while ensuring strict compliance with the NEC, IBC, and local codes. A key part of your success will be coordinating effectively with multi-disciplinary MEP teams and supporting construction administration through RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
